Russell Phillips has more than 25 years in financial institution experience including consumer, commercial and real estate lending.  He joined First Financial Bank in 2011 and presently serves as Executive Vice President.  For the last 22 years, Russell has specialized in commercial real estate, home loans and lot/land financing.

Russell is active in the community currently serving as Treasurer for the Waxahachie RBI Club, board member of the Dulin Brothers Memorial Scholarship Fund, former director of Waxahachie Youth Baseball, former board member for the Mike O’Daniel Memorial Scholarship Fund and volunteering for several other organizations along with his wife, Missy.

In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, traveling, watching baseball, cooking BBQ and spending time with family.
